Property owners, simply click Sign In to access our association's secured website services now.  If you are new to this website and are a property owner in Bear Valley Springs, be sure to complete the Sign Up information to receive a password to the private and secured portions of the site.  A note regarding the "Sign Up" process:  Enter your property address when you sign up even if you have a different mailing address or are living outside of Bear Valley.  The website directory validates property owners by their physical address in BVS.  If you became a property anytime after the spring of 2007 time frame, the website database may not have your ownership record on file.  In that case, you will receive an error when you attempt to sign up.  All you have to do if this occurs is click on the "tech support" link that shows up on your screen.  The Website Administrator will automatically be notified and respond to you at the email address you entered so that the problem can quickly and easily be rectified.
