How To Submit A Project Bid (What is Required)

BVSA planned projects are published in the Bear Tracks twice annually.  Before any project can be approved by the BVSA Board of Directors, a minimum of three (3) bids must be obtained by the BVSA Project Coordinator.  Once all bids are in they are presented to the Board for approval at the Regular Monthly Board of Directors meeting, held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.

Interested Contractors should submit the following information to the Project Manager:
Contractor’s business name, address, phone numbers, e-mail address, state license # and workers compensation information.
