Association Members are welcome and encouraged to attend "open" Board meetings. During the member comments portion of the meeting members may address the Board on any topic either on the Agenda or not on the Agenda. All presentations concerning items that are not on the agenda are subject to a time limitation and, except when immediate Board action is required, no action can be taken on subjects not on the Agenda. However, the Board may set the matter as an agenda item for a subsequent meeting. Members wishing to address the Board must use the lectern and announce their name and tract and lot number for the record.
