The Equestrian Center offers two pastures, one turnout area, six arenas, three 60 ft. round pens, a natural trail course, and a shaded campground. Trails are accessible from the center in all directions with 55+ miles of dedicated trails maintained by our Trail Crew.
There are six arenas available covering many riding disciplines such as dressage, driving, cattle events and jumping. There is one covered arena and a large multi-purpose ring that can facilitate disciplines such as gymkhanas’ and reining. The jewel of Bear Valley Springs is the 50 mile trail system which has trails varying in difficulty from flat meadows to high mountain terrain.
The Bear Valley Springs Equestrian Center comprises a 40 acre facility.
Trails are accessible from the center in all directions, with 55+ miles of dedicated equestrian trails maintained by our Trail Crew. Our trails offer riding for all, ranging from flat-meadow trails to single-track mountainous trails with elevations from 4000 - 6000 ft.
Whatever your discipline, any BVSA member in good standing may use this amenity. Guests are allowed after the requirements have been met. Arenas available for use include:
Long-term boarding (for members in good standing):
Main Barn has 19 12’X12’ box stalls with 36’ runs.
East Barn has 16 12’X12’ 3-sided stalls with 36-ft runs.
Temporary boarding (for members in good standing and guests)
Mare Motel - six 12’X24’ partially covered runs
Mini Mare Motel - five 12’X24’ partially covered runs.
Horses are fed grass hay & alfalfa twice a day, and cleaning is provided daily.
Equestrian guests have additional requirements due to the nature of the activity. BVSA residents are responsible for making sure these requirements are met for their guests.
