The mission of Bear Valley Youth Sports League is to provide recreational team sports opportunities, while encouraging and promoting learning, social interaction, physical exercise, sportsmanship, fundamental game skill development, & accountability in a fun & safe environment. BVS Youth Sports also teach the important life lessons of seeing a commitment through to completion, setting & achieving goals, punctuality, accountability, & learning to work cooperatively within a group for a greater common good than that of the individual. These policies have been formulated to foster participation, increase the enjoyment & development of the participating players, & to provide guidelines for players, coaches, parents, & department personnel.
All non-residents must have a sponsor there day of sign ups to fill out sports passes.

The Whiting Center has launched a new online recreation portal! This will allow members & residents to register online for sports leagues and clubs/lessons/activities, make reservations for the Whiting Center rooms or other recreation spaces (including the lakes), and more!

Release & liability waiver must be signed for every individual coming in to play through bvsa.recdesk.com prior to play (Click Programs - Weight Room Release/General Use 2023).
Residents: Please bring your amenity cards to show to the front desk when you enter.
Non-Residents: Must pre-register and sign appropriate release at bvsa.recdesk.com sponsored by a Bear Valley amenity card holder in good standing. Guest fees apply: Guests over 9 years old: $2/visit; Guests over 16: $5/visit
