NOTICE TO RESIDENTS
SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OFCALIFORNIA
COUNTY OF KERN
SUMMONS — REVERSE VALIDATION PROCEEDING
(Code Civ. Proc., §§ 860 et seq., 861, 861.1; Gov. Code, § 53759)
Residents are being advised that, pursuant to an order of the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Kern, the Summons has been posted at the Association’s meeting facilities in connection with a pending Reverse Validation Proceeding.
The Court’s order requires that a copy of the Summons be posted at the Association’s meeting facilities. A copy of the Summons and Complaint are attached in the link below so that residents have access to the documents related to the proceeding.
Summons is being published in the Tehachapi News on August 26th, September 2nd, and September 9th, 2026, as required by the Court.
The Summons will remain posted at the Association’s meeting facilities throughout the required publication period and intends to leave the document posted through September 21, 2026, which is the current deadline for respondingto the Complaint.
This posting and publication are being made to comply with the Court’s order. Residents are encouraged to review the posted documents and if you would like additional information regarding the proceedings please click on the links below. The Association will have hard copies of the Complaint and Petition available for review at the Administration office as well.
